Fundraising
Fundraising is the core of the charity, as St John Wales receives no core government funding, the fundraising we do becomes crucial to how the organisation works and how successfully we run.
Our fundraising comprises in core areas which are:
- Regular Donations Online
- Direct Debit Donations
- Legacy Donations
- One off Donations
Volunteering
St John volunteers are found across Wales helping communities and local people, they are fully trained first aiders and are also avalaible to come to a local fete or event to cover. Our volunteers work at all major events and are a key part of how Wales events are planned and have been for the past 900 years.
We have over 4,500 volunteers who work together to give the whole of Wales a better understanding and knowledge of first aid.

Training
A huge part of our charity, the training section is out to hire for various companies or individuals to come and learn first aid. The training organisation is part of the commercial side of the charity. We provide First Aid Training for organisations and individuals throughout Wales in our training centres in Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and Wrexham.
