Chief Commander Retires

Best Wishes to David Williams who is retiring as Chief Commander after eight years at the helm. David has overseen many changes since taking up his post and can be proud of his many achievements. In particular his reign has seen a completely new regional structure introduced into Wales bringing improved services to local communities. We wish him well in all his future endeavours!
