Every year over 400,000 people are taken to hospital in Wales as the result of an accident.The majority of these accidents happen in the home.
In an emergency every second counts. More lives can be saved if there is a first-aider in every home.
At St John Cymru Wales, we believe, it is never too early to start learning First Aid.
All young people should be given the chance to leave school with these vital skills.
To support this we have the bilingual Young Lifesaver Scheme (YLS) to guide and support you in teaching young people First Aid.
